PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and PayPal. Credit Card approval must be received prior to processing all orders.

 

SHIPPING:

  • We generally ship orders within 2 - 3 days. Delays in shipments may occur if items are out of stock and/or there are pending orders ahead of yours.

  • All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless specific shipping carrier/method is requested by you, the customer.

  • Shipping charge is solely determined by weight and dimension of the packages.

  • Katie Q does not cover shipping costs. Shipping will be included on your invoice.

  • International Orders: Additional fees such as Taxes/Import Duties or Customs Clearance charges may be billed to you separately by your local customs service.

 

        **Please confirm your shipping address if different from your billing address.

 

RETURN:

  • No returns will be permitted unless goods are "FACTORY DAMAGED."

  • Products must be unused and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact.

  • Claims/Returns are subject to approval and must be made within 12 days of product receipt. Please follow the return guideline below. Returns that do not meet the following guidelines will be refused and sent back at your expense.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the Return Authorization number is not clearly written on the outside of the return box.

  • We do not process exchanges.

 

        Return guidelines: 

  • A return authorization (RA) number must be issued for all returns.

  • To request an RA number, please send an e-mail to contact@katieqny.com with your invoice number along with an image of the damaged/defected item.

  • RA numbers will expire after 12 business days and will not be reissued. Therefore, returned merchandise must be received within this deadline.

  • Refunds will be issued back in the form of store credit (shipping fees will not be credited for return items).

  • Katie Q is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

         *All final sale items are no returns.

 

DEPOSIT:

Cancellation of the order within 24 hours will receive a store credit of the full amount; No refunds for cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours.
